Monday, Wednesday and Friday

6:00pm   

- 60 minute CrossFit classes, a combination of strength, technique and high intesity workouts. great for after work.

Weekdays

9:30am & 4:45pm -
- 60 minute CrossFit class, timed perfectly to to fit in after school drop off and school pickups. Great for Parents, and Students

Saturday

7:45am Spring & Summer hours

8:45am Autumn & Winter hours

- 60 minute CrossFit class with the added twist of working in a team or pair, lots of fun and an added bonus of being pushed by your team mate, whomever that may be on the day.

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3:45pm
