- 60 minute "CrossFit" classes, a combination of strength, technique and high intesity workouts. An amazing start to the day


6:00pm & 6:15pm  

- 60 minute "CrossFit" classes, a combination of strength, technique and high intesity workouts. great for after work.

Weekdays

DAILY MORNING AND AFTERNOON

9:30am & 4:45pm -
- 60 minute CrossFit class, timed perfectly to to fit in after school drop off and school pickups. Great for Parents, and Students

Saturday

PARTNER OR TEAM WOD (WORKOUT OF THE DAY)

7:45am Spring & Summer hours

8:45am Autumn & Winter hours

- 60 minute CrossFit class with the added twist of working in a team or pair, lots of fun and an added bonus of being pushed by your team mate, whomever that may be on the day.
