- 60 Minute Crossfit classes, a combination of strength, Technique 
and high intensity workouts.
The best way to start your day.

Morning Class

WEEK DAYS / SCHOOL DAYS
09:30AM AND 3:45PM

09:30am - 60 Minute Crossfit classes, a combination of strength, Technique 

and high intensity workouts. great for shift worker and after school drop off 

3:45pm - T.N.G (the next generation)

an express class for our younger members. runs during school terms every Tuesdsay and Wednesday at Just $200 for the whole term.

Very limited Spaces

After Noon and Evening Classes

WEEK DAYS
09:30AM AND 4:45PM

- 60 Minute Crossfit classes, a combination of strength, Technique 
and high intensity workouts.
Great for after school runs or after work.

Saturdays

- 60 Minute Crossfit classes, a combination of strength, Technique 
and high intensity workouts, with the bonus of having a team mate or team mates.
