Via email, social media or phone, we can create a window that suits you to meet up and chat about getting started. Every person that walks through our doors has their own story and their own goals. We will listen to find out what YOU want to achieve, and put together a plan to make that happen!
STEP - TWO
Complete our optional "Foundations" course
4 x 60 Minutes Sessions With

For those with little to no functional fitness training experience. The "Foundations" course is designed to teach you how to safely and efficiently perform our common movements and utilise the supporting tools avaliable for free with your membership, so you can feel confident before you join the classes. We will set up your own personal booking system where you can chose the perfect time for you to get started.
STEP - THREE
CHOOSE A MEMBERSHIP OPTION AND JOIN THE FUN
*$35 PER WEEK UNLIMITED VISITS INCLUDING SATUDAY CLASSES
*$20 PER WEEK FOR SECONDARY STUDENTS INCLUDING SATURDAY CLASSES
